(the “Company”) [NYSE: BEN] today announced net income1 of $255.5 million or $0.46 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as compared to $117.6 million or $0.21 per diluted share for the previous quarter, and $163.6 million or $0.29 per diluted share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024. Operating income was $281.0 million for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, as compared to $85.4 million for the previous quarter and $219.0 million for the prior year.
