AUMOVIO has named Greg Deibig as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Americas. Deibig brings more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience, with a strong track record of improving performance, strengthening governance and leading finance transformation in complex manufacturing environments. He has held CFO leadership roles, including division CFO and North America CFO, and has led global FP&A and controlling functions. Deibig also has extensive experience partnering across the automotive supply base to support both operational and strategic finance priorities.

CES 2026--AUMOVIO has developed two new advanced assistance functions that make it significantly easier and safer to drive, maneuver and park while towing any type of trailer. The first system is an advanced reversing aid that automatically moves both the vehicle and trailer back to its starting position at the touch of a button. The second solution is a trailer collision warning system. This new, breakthrough assistance system prevents collisions with pedestrians or obstacles such as parked vehicles and protects the vehicle-trailer combination from potentially extensive damage to the vehicle and trailer at critical angles of impact, making maneuvering smoother and more secure.

AUMOVIO, formerly the Automotive group sector of Continental, today announced a $110 million investment to significantly expand its New Braunfels, Texas manufacturing facility. The expansion is part of a multi-year strategic plan to increase production capacity for North American customer projects in advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and support the company’s long-term ambition for growth and profitability. The project, which includes a 65,000 square-foot addition and a state-of-the-art automated warehouse, is expected to create 100 new, well-paying jobs in the coming years. The expansion will more than double the existing production floor space and is expected to be fully operational by August 2027.
